Repair procedures

Removal and Installation

1.	Open the fuel filler door.

2.	Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.

3.	Remove the fuel filler cap (A) after opening the fuel filler door.

4.	Lift the vehicle.

5.	Remove the rear-LH wheel, tire, and the inner wheel house (A).

6.	Disconnect the fuel filler hose (A), the leveling tube quick-connector (B) and the ventilation hose (C).

Remove the filler-neck assembly after loosening the mounting bolt and nut (A).

Tightening torque :

7.8 - 11.8 N·m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf·m, 5.7 - 8.7 lb·ft)

8.	Install in the reverse order of removal.
