Kia Forte: Cruise Control System / To increase cruise control set speed
Follow either of these procedures:
- Move the lever up (to RES+) and hold it.Your vehicle SET speed will increase by 10 km/h (5 mph). Release the lever at the speed you want.
- Move the lever up (to RES+) and release it immediately. The cruising speed will increase by 1 km/h (1.0 mph) each time the lever is operated in this manner.
1. Press the CRUISE button on the steering wheel to turn the system on. The CRUISE indicator light in the instrument cluster will illuminate. 2.
Follow either of these procedures: Move the lever down (to SET-) and hold it.Your vehicle SET speed will decrease by 10 km/h (5 mph). Release the lever at the speed you want to maintain.

The wheels on your vehicle were aligned and balanced carefully at the factory to give you the longest tire life and best overall performance. In most cases, you will not need to have your wheels aligned again. However, if you notice unusual tire wear or your vehicle pulling one way or the other, the alignment may need to be reset.

1. Open the trunk lid. 2. Remove the socket from the assembly by turning the socket counterclockwise until the tabs on the socket align with the slots on the assembly. 3. Remove the bulb from the socket by pressing it in and rotating it counterclockwise until the tabs on the bulb align with the slots in the socket.
