1. Rear oil seal

Repair procedures

Replacement

1.	Remove the transaxle assembly. Manual Transaxle System: (Refer to Manual Transaxle System - "Manual Transaxle") DCT (Double Clutch Transmission) System : (Refer to DCT (Double Clutch Transmission) System - "DCT (Double Clutch Transmission)")

2.	Remove the flywheel. (Refer to Cylinder Block - "Flywheel")

3.	Remove the rear oil seal (A).

Install a new rear oil seal.

(1)	Apply engine oil to a new oil seal lip.

(2)	Using the SST (09231-H1100, 09231-2B200) and a hammer, tap in the oil seal until its surface is flush with the rear oil seal retainer edge.

Be sure to use new rear oil seal.

5.	Install the other parts in the reverse order of removal.
