Repair procedures
| Removal and Installation |
| 1. |
Remove the fuel pump. (Refer to Fuel Delivery System - “Fuel Pump”) |
| 2. |
Remove the fuel sender. (Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "Fuel Sender") |
| 3. |
Disconnect the fuel pump motor connector (A). |
| 4. |
Remove the head assembly after releasing the cushion fixing hooks (B).

| 5. |
Disconnect the fuel feed tube (A).
|
| 6. |
Remove the return nozzle (A) after releasing the hook.
|
| 7. |
Remove the reservior-cup (B) after releasing the fixing hooks (A). |
| 8. |
Disconnect the fuel pump motor connector (C).
|
| 9. |
Release the fixing hooks, and then remove the pre-filter (A).
|
| 10. |
Remove the fuel pump motor (A) from the fuel filter.
|
| 11. |
Install in the reverse order of removal. |
