Repair procedures

Remove the drive belt.
(Refer to Drive Belt System - "Drive Belt")
|
2. |
Remove the engine room under cover.
(Refer to Engine and Transmission Assembly - "Engine Room Under Cover")
|
3. |
Remove the R side front wheel.
(Refer to Suspension System - "Wheel")
|
4. |
Remove the crankshaft damper pulley (A).
Tightening torque :
46.1 - 52.0 ·m (4.7 - 5.3 kgf·m, 34.0 - 38.3 lb·ft) + 38° - 42°
|
Fix the ring gears using the SST (09231-3N100, 09231-2B100) after
remove the starter. Then Remove the crankshaft damper pulley bolt.

Check the crankshaft damper pulley for vibration in rotation, oil dust deposit
of V-ribbed part. Replace if necessary.
