Repair procedures

Replacement

[Rear seat cushion assembly]

Loosen the mounting bolts, remove the rear seat cushion assembly (A).

Tightening torque :

16.7 - 25.5 N·m (1.7 - 2.6 Kgf·m, 12.3 - 18.8 lb·ft)

2.	Disconnect the rear seat cushion extension connector (A).

3.	To install, reverse the removal procedure.

[Rear seat back assembly]

(Bench back type)

1.	Remove the rear seat cushion assembly. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the rear seat belt buckle (A).

Tightening torque :

39.2 - 53.9 N·m (4.0 - 5.5 Kgf·m, 28.8 - 39.8 lb·ft)

After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the rear seat assembly (A).

Tightening torque :

16.7 - 25.5 N·m (1.7 - 2.6 Kgf·m, 12.3 - 18.8 lb·ft)

4.	To install, reverse the removal procedure.

(6:4 folding type)

1.	Remove the rear seat cushion assembly. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the rear seat belt buckle (A).

Tightening torque :

39.2 - 53.9 N·m (4.0 - 5.5 Kgf·m, 28.8 - 39.8 lb·ft)

3.	After loosening the mounting bolt (A), remove the rear seat back bush hinge.

After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the rear seat assembly (A).

Tightening torque :

16.7 - 25.5 N·m (1.7 - 2.6 Kgf·m, 12.3 - 18.8 lb·ft)

5.	To install, reverse the removal procedure.
