Shift the gear to "neutral". |

Remove the air cleaner assembly and air duct. (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Air Cleaner") |

Remove the battery and battery tray. (Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Battery") |
| 4. |
Remove the control cable from the control shaft after removing the pins (A). |
| 5. |
Remove the shaft cable (B) and select cable (C).

Remove the control shaft complete (A) after removing the bolts.

| Installation |

Install in the reverse order of removal. |
